Refund policy

Happyglow will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30 days of purchase. No refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or returned damaged.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please email info@happyglow.com.au  with your order number to start the returns process.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also do not accept change-of-mind returns if the product has been used.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at info@happyglow.com.au.

Change Of Mind

We will provide store credit for any changes of mind prior to an order being shipped. Please choose carefully before purchasing.

Subscriptions

No refunds are made to subscription orders which are cancelled before the 3x cycle (24 weeks) subscription due to the discount offered on the subscription. You may only cancel your subscription after the subscription cycle is completed.
